Returns and Refunds

 

RETURNS TO STORE

During our opening hours, you can return an item you have purchased in-store to our Department Store as long as you have your receipt. We require this in order to process the return.

Refunds will go to the original payment method, at the original purchase price.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

RETURNS VIA POST

For postal returns you must include a printed version of your original receipt. Please also include your name, email and contact telephone number.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and return to the following address:

You will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel.

Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select.

Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can only be responsible for your parcel when it has been received back to the store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your parcel has been received by us we will process it as soon as possible – please only contact us if you have not received a call or email processing your refund within 10 days of sending us your item/s.

You will be notified via e-mail/telephone as soon as your return has been processed. 

Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

If you do not receive a call or email confirmation within 10 days of your order being received by us please email us using the reference Returns Query at gemma@stringers-lytham.co.uk  

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made for items bought in-store up to 35 days after purchase. You must provide your till receipt as proof of purchase.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

If you sign up to our newsletter, then every email we send you will contain an unsubscribe link.

If you have ever placed an order online with us, your payment details are held by our third-party payment processor (Shopify) and we do not have access to these details. We only have access to information required to complete your order (your name, and contact details).

When you visit our site, standard details are collected such as how you’ve used our site, so that we can use the data to improve your experience.  We never pass information to third parties and we store any information we do have safely following GDPR guidelines.
