Returns and Refunds
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I’VE BOUGHT ON-LINE?
We can only accept products for return purchased through the Stringers Lytham website.
We want you to be delighted with your on-line purchase, but if you are not, you can return it within 28 days of receipt. We just ask that the product is in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with no unbroken seals.
You must provide your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, via our website, at the original purchase price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS TO STORE
During our opening hours, you can return an item you have purchased on line to our Department Store as long as you have your order confirmation e-mail. We require this in order to process the return.
RETURNS VIA POST
For postal returns, you must include a printed version of your original email order confirmation.
Make sure your items are securely wrapped and return to the following address:

You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel.
Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select.
Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can only be responsible for your parcel when it has been received back to the store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your parcel has been received by us we will process it as soon as possible – please only contact us if you have not received an email processing your refund within 10 days of sending us your item/s.
You will be notified via e-mail has soon as your return has been processed.
Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of your order being received by us please email us using the reference Returns Query along with your order number at email@example.com Attaching your order confirmation will help us to process your query as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s by post or in store and place a new order.
If you sign up to our newsletter, then every email we send you will contain an unsubscribe link.
If you place an order, your payment details are held by our third-party payment processor (Shopify) and we do not have access to these details. We only have access to information required to complete your order (your name, and contact details).
When you visit our site, standard details are collected such as how you’ve used our site, so that we can use the data to improve your experience. We never pass information to third parties and we store any information we do have safely following GDPR guidelines.

As the store is currently closed due to Covid Tier 4 restrictions our 28 day returns policy does not apply. You are welcome to return your purchase back to us when we reopen. We just ask that the product is in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with no unbroken seals.
You must provide your till receipt as proof of purchase.
